VIN Number
Thought I'd share the VIN from my 52 F1. On the glove box door is a plate on it is : F1D2CS17663
I know the CS means Chester PA which was interesting to me because I was born and raised in Chester as well as my parents. My father in law actually worked at the Chester Ford plant but not during 1952. Can someone tell me if the CS17663 means if anything.
The next line on the plate reads:
3 3.92 N 28K CS551-P
trans rear color production code
If anyone can provide any more info on the above I'd appreciate.
Waiting for spring in PA
Dennis
