Blowing blue smoke?
My work truck is an 7.3L E350 PS and the last couple of weeks its been giving me lots of trouble.
I replaced the batteries, alternator, fuel pump and filter, (which helped a lot) air filters, cps and oil change.
Everything is stock and it runs fine for a while, I've driven it up to 40 miles with no problems, next time it goes 10 miles and starts acting up. It starts sputtering and spits out blue smoke. If I pull it over and wait a few minutes it will start up and run. The longer it sits before restarting the better it runs.
I'm starting to think its time to trade it in.
