Question Doing the disc brake conversion

I'm going to be doing the disc brake conversion to my '68 2wd. I'll be using donor parts from a '79 2wd. I was wondering if the rotors from any big FORD cars will fit the truck spindles. I'd like to have the smaller, lug pattern to give me more options for new rims. If some other rotors will fit, what other parts will I need to install them, like bearings, calipers, brake lines, etc. If I can swap in some differnet rotors, I'll see about having my rear axle flanges drilled with the same pattern. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance from the frosty North.

If you have a freindly parts man, go see what bearings your present hub takes, then see if there is a passenger car with a smaller bolt pattern but the same diameter rotor. You'll also have to check the backspacing on the rotor to make sure it is the same or the rotor won't work with the caliper...... Or, just have your present hubs and rotors redrilled to the bolt pattern you want and install new studs.
