Squealing Noise from Pulley

I have a squealing noise from under the hood..when looking at the engine I have isolated the noise to the pulley (bearing) to the right of the alternator...I have checked my Service CD and can not identify wihat part this is and want to replace it.....can anyone advise me what this part is...

The van is a 1994 Aerostar 4.0 AWD with A/C

tensioner pulley

if only the bearing in pulley is noisy, replace pulley

if the tensioner assembly has lost belt tension pressure, replace whole assembly

Don't forget that the tensioner pulley has a reverse threaded bolt holding it onto the carrier.

Seems to be the favourite time ofthe year for Alternator/starter problems. I'm still waiting for spring so I can put on my CMP sensor & get rid of the dam check engine light !
