can't explain why
I've been having a issue with my 97 crew cab, auto, 4x4, 4.10's. When pulling a steep grade with a decent load on the goose the trans will go thru a sequence: rev up-tc unlock-up shift-bog down-down shift. It will do this over and over again till I let out of the pedal and "crawl the hill". It mainly only happens at speeds less than 15mph, doesn't throw any codes.
However.....
I've pulled a few vehicles out of the snow/ditches the past few weeks. The truck just out right pulls. No problem with power or shifting, sounds like I'm in a truck pull
Last one I pulled out was really stuck, had all 4 spinning/smoking (yeah not too smart) Any ideas?
