Question Clutch problem?

Hey guys,
I've had a hard shifting problem, for some reason the stick shift is a little hard to engage it's not too bad, but I think I might have air in the clutch line?
Is this normal in the 2000 Ranger v6 5 spd manual?

I also need some help bleeding the clutch slave cylinder!
went under the truck and loose the small nipple at the trany and installed a vacuum pump and nothing comes out, I turn the nipple another full turn and not a single drop of fluid is coming out? The weird thing is the nipple is not turning, what's turning is the assembly that holds the nipple??
It's a 2000 Ranger 3.0, 5 spd manual.
Thanks............

Air in the line can cause this, but you need to look for the problem causing air in the line. A leak somewhere may be the cause, as well as a throwout bearing on it's way out causing the clutch to be difficult to fully disengage, and therefore making it hard to shift the tranny. Are you sure you are turning the correct thing for the bleeder valve?

Copied and pasted from my PC, bleeding directions:
BE SURE TO KEEP THE RESERVOIR FULL!
When I bled my clutch, I operated the bleeder valve, my mom operated the clutch pedal, and my dad kept an eye on the reservoir. My dad watched as all the air came out through the reservoir. So try to get a third person to help if you can.

To bleed the clutch:

-With the bleeder valve closed, depress the clutch pedal to the floor.
-Slip your foot off the pedal and let it fly back to the top (DON'T be gentle).
-Repeat several times (5 is a good number)
-Depress the pedal to the floor, hold it there, and have a helper open the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder.
-Allow the fluid to run out.
-When the fluid stops flowing from the valve, shut the valve and release the pedal. Repeat as needed.
-Be sure to keep the reservoir full, a third person to watch the reservoir is a very good asset to have.

Thanks for you reply!
Yes, I'm almost sure if you're familiar with the 2000 v6, there's a bleeder valve located outside of the trany on the left top side, with a small rubber cap on it, I could be wrong, but I don't think this is a greaser valve??
I had a 94 Ranger 2.3l and to get to the slave cylinder valve you have to remove the trany rubber plug, and then you can find the valve in the hole of the trany, I did the same step on this 3.0 and couldn't see the slave in the hole, than I saw that valve that looks like a greaser nipple on the top,
is this the one or I'm milking a bull?
