Left Oil Cap Off!
The last time I added oil I forgot to put the oil fill cap on. I ran it a couple of days that way. How much crap do you think got in there? I might cut the oil change interval short this time.

Too many variables. How much have you driven. What has the weather been like. How clean was your engine before - meaning how much dirt/dust was flying around under the hood with the fan running.
To me, oil is a lot cheaper than the price of an engine. I would change the oil and inspect it. See how dirty it is.
