No Problem at all Bro...I'am just sorry that they made Vacation plans..But thats just "My Luck""

My Aunt said she would be picking them up from the Port in 2 weeks...So since Terry cant do it..I have her give me Mike's Cell # and call him direct and tell him what I want him to look at.. I forgot to ask my Aunt if she or he had a Digi cam for some pics?

But I'll find that out on the next call.. "IF" anything I'am sure he could barrow one..I think everybody has one now... But all his money goes into his House...and what a damn house he has too.. Buy not much else!! He's all family man!! and thinks everyone should be judged by there homes!! LOL.. Thank God he hasnt seen mine!!

Ok thanks keep me posted. Pics would be cool if anything odd sticks out that might be a concern. But she has sent quite a few and more on the way. I'll send them to you and maybe you can forward them so he can see what he's looking at. If he could maybe check the oil and tranny dipsticks for fluid color and maybe see what the coolant looks like that would be cool. That's about it. The car has not run for a while. I'm hoping with some fresh gas, fluids, filters and some tuneup parts she'll fire up. Best case I can maybe register and drive it a bit with some work. Oh the car has a clean title. If he can just compare the numbers on it to the vin on the car that would be a great help. Let me know what he needs cash wise for the trouble and when he could get there. I'll call the lady and make sure the day and time are ok for everyone.

Thanks bro!!

Call CA DMV, ask them to verify VIN with address, and owner.

Explain you are out of state and want to make sure car/VIN/owner are correct

I ran a VIN on a car I saw in Hemmings, car was in Hartford, with CA plates on it...it came back as a "can of worms" saved me big $$$

Robert got your emails and sent one back. I'm cool with either you or your bud looking at the car. Being your bud lives right in town there that might be the easy way. Keep me posted ok? Thanks!!

George got back to both of us this morning. As I knew he would. He's really one of a kind, values that are hard to find anymore. I'm sure he'll do just fine checking it out and enjoy meeting a local in the process. Hell they might have a Glasspar in the back yard LOL Lets see what turns up. I do wonder about this ole boy trying to get it running after ? time, pre oiling or just crank, crank, ;( just a thought. Hopefully he knows a little something. Ok will respond to George, with many thanks
