My dash lights will not work for me! I replace the fuse and it blows it out every time. I can figure out why, there does not seem to be any loose wires!

This is going to seem really retarded but you have a hot wire grounding out. Get a woring diagram and trace all the lines from that fuse and you'll find the one.
More than likely a short somewhere. It could be happening in the headlight switch, as this contains the rheostat that dims / brightens the dash lights. Just a thought....
