Just Blew my First Plug

What does everyone think is the best thread repair / insert kit on the market. I have an early 99 F-250SD V-10. Just shot #7 out this morning. Any feedback is appreciated.

IMHO...make sure to change all spark plugs if they have never been changed. If one just spit, then you might have another on its way out. Keep with the torque specs on those plugs...
