To everybody who has an eFan, can you answer a question? At what temp is the Thermostat set to turn on the Fan?

I installed my eFan on Saturday, have run my Ranger for several days at have yet to have the fan turn on. I double checked to make shure the fan relay is working/ and the fan is receiveing power, my temp guage barely reaches half way, the Ford Thermnostat opens at about 180deg, and my radiator gets HOT!
Am I just being PARANOID?
Is it just not hot enough to get to working?

Please let me know. I appreciate any and all help/suggestions.

I noticed my radiator appears to be a single core, would it be a better idea to install a dual core?

Thanx.

This time of year, I am not suprised that the fan isn't coming on - mine only comes on with the a/c since that's how I have mine wired. (BTW, you will want this, or else you won't get cooling at slow vehicle speeds). The radiator will get hot, because 180 degrees is hotter than what you can touch! I don't know the exact temperature that my thermostat switch is set to, because its adjustable, but the fan doesn't turn on until the coolant temperature is slightly above where the coolant thermostat opens.
