B&M Shift Improver...
Guys will a electronic shift improver by B&M work on my 92 F-150, I really don't want to put a full shift kit in it now since it has some miles on it, just trying to preserve what it has left for miles on it.

I think it will, but you are better off with a shift kit. What the shift improver does, is increase transmission line pressure. While it will make it shift harder, your not getting the volume of fluid to cool and lubricate the trans.
I had my tuner set my line pressure and then I got a valvebody (shift kit). I am much happier with the valvebody.
