Hey guys. Second oil change in my dads truck since we bought it. Im going to use Rotella T Full Synthetic. 5W40. What oil filter do you guys recommend? Motorcraft, Anyone run the K&N. Also whats the Discription or part number of the fuel filter that i need? Probably going to get that from autozone. I also need new end link bushings (Im going to buy the whole end links) Also the bushings on the axle for the whole sway bar. Anyone do this before and anyone know of any place where i can get them? And also the anti freeze treatment. Im running the Green and i still havent put that treatment in. What brand do i get? And howmuch? Thanks for your help

The motorcraft part is FL-1995. Walmart carries them, and it actually has the Powerstroke logo on the box. This past change (5w-40 rotella) i added an Oilguard, and i used the Oilguard filter that was about $10.

I run the K&N oil filter. Mainly because of the bolt on the bottom that makes it really easy to take off. Just got my lab results and after putting 20,000 miles in about 6 months, they say it is fine and I can go longer between oil changes.

As far as what number filter, just go to whereever you are going to buy it and look for the that gigantic filter on the end that cost the most of most other filters on the shelve.
