Hey guys ...

more money more money ... Anyone know if I can fit a Lincoln Mark LT grill into my 04 Screw ?

Yes as long as it is the current body style F-150, visit the link in my signature to Bob Jusnes's site. He performed the conversion on his F-150, and sells the parts needed which are OEM.
