I had a tuner on my truck for about 5 months ( a cheaper one). My truck went in for service at which time I took the vehicle back to stock from the tuner. Naturally, the Ford house flashed my PCM at which time I had to send the tuner off to be re-calibrated. It has been almost 4 months without a tuner because this company can't seem to tune for Fords latest flash! I've had it with these guys and they will no longer return phone calls or e-mails. My question is, is it unreasonable for me to request a refund for the tuner since it was used or maybe just a partial refund? It's not my nature to be a b_tt about things like this but it's gotten a little frustrating. Thanks guys!
Ask for your money back, or send your tuner back to you 'as it was.' then sell it on E-Bay as used, but working. It does you no good as it is, and the company doesn't seem to be that reputable in the end when things go south.
The tuner has been great. Adds lots of power but the customer service is very lacking! This company has made tuners mainly for the hotrod crowd for years. Just not able to get a foothold in the diesel market! H------ch!
