upgrade to rear disc

I have a 99 150 4x4 with rear ABS and tow pkg.I want to upgrade to rear disc. is there a good kit to order or will it be as cheap as going to the junkyard for the rotors and calipers. Does the proportioning valve need to be changd as well. Will Expedition or Screw discs work?
