Hubs locked in
Was wondering if anyone knew if it hurt the 4wd parts to put on alot of miles with the hubs locked in. The reason im asking is I use my truck for ranch and farm work and the 4x4 gets used often and got I tired of getting in and out of the cab everytime I need 4x4. I put on maby 30 miles a day.

No, it does not hurt anything to run with your hubs locked and your transfer case in 2H. If anything, it helps keep the front drivetrain components lubed if you do that once in a while.
Just remember to keep the transfer case in 2H while on dry pavement.

No, it can take it. You'll lose some fuel mileage and put a little more wear on the 4x4 components, that's all.
I've never really done it for long enough to know if you lose a bit on the turning radius, but I would think it would inch that out a bit.
