ford newbie..302 questions

I aquired a 1990 302 5 speed 4x4 f150. A buddy of mine has headers and an aftermarket throttle body for a 351. Will this stuff work on my 5.0?

What are the headers off? Shorties or longies? Either with a free flowing cat and catback will make a noticable improvement. The throttle body on the other hand will make absolutely no difference whatsoever.

Headers wont work as for the throttle body wont make much difference. Open up the exhaust. Good luck

The headers will bolt up just fine, but will hang down a little lower than normal if they are longtube versions.
