Rusty spring/shock mount

Rusty spring/shock mount
I notices tha tmy RF spring perch/shock mount is rusty as in flaky rust. There is a vertical rib where it looks like moisture and dirt may have gotten behind over the years. I'm sure if I keep the truck for more than 2 more years it will need replaced. Since I plan on keeping it until it rots into the ground I guess I'll be replacing the mount. Do you use bolts to put another back on instead of rivets? What did shops use if a truck came in say from an accident and the mount needed to be replaced? Most body shops I don't think have a riveter capable of riviting things back together? Anyone ever replace their shock/spring mount?
Thanks,
Thanks,
