Motorcraft Calipers?
2001 F-150 XLT V-8 5.4L (VIN L) SCAB 4X4 w/ GVWR 6500
I have searched and searched archive forums for this answer with no luck. I need to replace both front calipers. Motorcraft parts list has two types that fit my truck they are: BRCL145RM, BRCL146RM and BRCL52RM, BRCL53RM. One set is described w/48mm pistons and the other has no other info of piston size. Can anyone help?

Ford (not m/craft) basic part numbers for calipers: 2B120 right/ 2B121 left.

The first eleven digits are 1FTRX08LX1K........... I have 4 disc brakes.
