heck ya! one day........parents might buy it when im done with it, let my bro learn with it......which means it gets free storage for a couple years at teh farm here.....there is definetly a V8 swap in my mind.......that forum address i gave you pyro, theres a guy there with a 98? i believe it is, has a 302 shoehorned.....looks pretty cool

Yeah that would be sweet if i had a older Ranger from the 80's or 90's i would swap in a V8 that im sure it would fly then

umm, i gotta get a link for you, Greywolf is putting a BUILT 351 into a Ranger, a 351 that will eventually be blown.....and maybe one day a crate 427W.

Not so tiny when you compare it to an 80/90`s GT Mustang. I`m thinking it`s probably close in weight to the GT but not real sure about that.
With the 5.0 the Ranger would be a real neat ride and much cooler than a 2.3 or a V6 Ranger.

Man, that's a lot of jam for a Ranger. Cool stuff. It's not a truck, but I recall reading about an early 90's Miata with a 300 horse 5.0 shoehorned in.

Correction- I just did a search on youtube and there's a monster Miata with a 350 horse 5.0

I think a ranger would be lighter. I know the hatch on my Old gt alone was a ton!
