Truck was egged some time last night. It was clean last night today around noon and I find egg all over the hood, windshield and fender. The sun has dried all of it on. Black F250 07 KR. Also splattered all over the hood of my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee.<O</O</FONT>
Police on the way for report. How do I clean it?<O</O
sorry to hear that, hope it doesn't cause any damage. I would be right mad. If it makes you feel any better, I was driving home from a ski trip yesterday in my 07' f350 and a huge chunk of ice ( about 3ft wide) flew off the roof of an 18 wheeler, luckily I swerved in time because it was headed right for my windshield, it hooked my driverside towing mirror instead and totally bucked it. the mirror then flapped around and smashed my door, denting it. i called the Werner company and raised hell. they found it amusing, they actually laughed! i got my insurance on them, they won't be laughing much longer.
I'd lay wait in the bed of my truck with my .308 and shoot them directly in the eyeball if they tried that s*** (to my truck)again... that's friggin ridiculous and that can seriously damage your paint job! I'm sorry that happened... better wax the area very well and wash with very concentrated soap....
I'm sorry to hear it got egged. My 69 ford got egged back in high school (25 years ago) and even though I washed it, months later the paint developed spots in the impact areas...I hope the newer paints are more resilliant...
damn--i would choke the sh-t outta of an egger-phew! got that off my chest! spit works on bird crap, but egg is--oh i dunno--cold water--lots-a-patience-work it gently, but don't ignore it! tend to it NOW

Reason: oops
Thinking about sleeping in the jeep tonight.<O</O It’s paid off and would love to drive up the *** end of some jerk.<O</O
Well its windy and cold here.<O</O Been cleaning it with a Mr. Clean Auto dry system...but that dried on egg is hard to get off. Used a sponge and cold water and rubbed it out. Took it thru a local truck wash and drove it home.<O</O <O</O
Well two scratches in the hood from the egg shell in the dried up egg. They are in the middle of the hood in the low cut area down the middle. Guess I will take it in to see if the can buff them out. Would be nice if I could but my own scratches in it!<O</O
Egg can damage your paint. For some reason back in high school that was the thing to do. Egg cars and houses. My old truck got egged all the time, and I would often wash it off that same night, and it still damaged the paint (white). It also damaged the paint on my mom's house too. Wash it off as quick as you can. If it bakes on the smell is almost as unplesant. Good luck catch the little sh#$S. There are some really inconsiderate folks out there. I had a $5k trailer stolen last weekend from our business. The bad "eggs" really make things difficult sometime. Good luck with the truck, maybe pay your deductable and get new paint??? Levi
