soft brakes
I recently changed out my rear diff for a posi. New wheel cylinders shoes hardware. Ihave bled all four wheels several times. Both ABS light and BRAKE lights were on, now off. Brakes are very soft but work. Advice on bleeding the whole system. Is this an ABS problem I have rear abs only. thanks guys

It could also be a brake adjustment problem. If the truck has rear drum breaks, maybe adjust them out further.
When we'd bleed the brake line. We started at the right rear (passenger side) then the left rear, right front, then the left front. So you're actually starting at the furthest, going to the closest wheel.

i was showed this trick from my brother in law (certified mecanic) remove lid from master cylinder fill brake fluid to the top then starting with furthest wheel open bleeder leave it open it after it starts to continually flow out with no bubbles close it some times it takes up to 20min per wheel its called a gravity bleed its easy no pumping just sit back and wait. also try not to jack up the vehicle if you dont have to.

I know the rear drums are adjusted correctly. at times it feels they are grabbing harder than the front. could be unrelated to the rear end. Maybe air in a junction box? I'll try gravity bleeding the front. thanks
