noise from headers

i just had headers installed on my 99 f150 4.6L.. now i notice a baffel or chattering sound now.. kinda sounds like an older truck...i am not sure if this is normal or not. i just had a flowmaster install this morning and it sounds good..but it still has that baffel or chattering sound...any comments

manifold needs to be tightened or the gasket didn't seat properly.

I would check for tightness on the headers and the collector flange. If locking washers were not installed the nuts tend to lossen up after the first couple hundred miles.
