Timing issue?
I have a 1990 f-350 with the 7.3 It was running ok. I took it to the ford dealer in Portland oregon to have the timing set after changing the IP a while back. I was getting ready to tow.
Now when the truck is cold, it misses and smokes white like crazy, and seems to have less power. I think they jacked up the timing.
Anyone have an idea on what to do next? the dealer says that the pump is bad... I believe he is full of... well.
Anyone know of a good place in the Portland Oregon/Vanc. Wa area to take this for a good, trustworthy timing job?
