I know the SuperDuty's have a larger tank. 30 gal vs 25 gal. Not sure on the interchange. You might check with the Supercharger company that you are going to get you supercharger from. They may offer something.
keep us posted on this ...im having trouble finding a supercharger for the superduty...are larger fuel pumps required for this?
Yes,large capacity fuel pumps are a necessity if you want to keep the engine together. The OE pumps are rarely more than 100lph capacity-just enough to get by,and cheaper to produce. The 255lph Mustang pumps physically fit,and the electrical connections are the same, but there are minor mods to the pump retainer bracket to get the pump to fit properly and allow the "sock" to snap on. I'd recommend a Walbro 255lph pump if anybody's getting one-they're a reliable, high quality brand you can count on.

thanks for the info guys.for the guy who wanted to know about a superduty supercharger....im using a lightning charger.i ordered a walbro fuel pump.it was hard to find a 255lph that would work!
You can use the stock pump and injectors up to about 6psi, any bigger and you'll need 24 or 42lb injectors with the larger pump. At least one company makes the 6psi charger that is just about as plug and play as a supercharger can get.
