Power Lock/Wiring Help

My power locks on my 93 stopped working a couple years ago and i'm finally getting around to fixing it and have run ito a problem, no power at either switch, i've tested for continuity between the two switches and there doesn't seem to be a problem (no breaks between switches). The only conclusion i can come to is that the is a break at the splice where power comes from the lumbar supports, question is where is this splice and how hard is it to get at? Thought I'd ask the experts before i ripped up my dash/panels for no reason

Making slow progress. Today I hooked power to the power lock circuit via the switch and locks worked, did the same to the other side and it also worked, so i've concluded that the problem is power not getting into the circuit but am still having trouble finding where the power from the fuse panel enters it. Looked around under the pass. side kinck panel where i believed it to be from reading other threads but couldn't find anything unusual. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The tailgate window key switch and if you have elec. shift trans. case are also on this power circuit might try checking those also. You should be tracing a black and white wire, I think. Can't help with locations of junctions sorry.Good Luck.
