I have a supercab and it takes 5x7's in all locations.

With some mild modification 6x9's are an easy upgrade. I put alpine 3way 6x9's in all four doors. Man it Sounds good.

ya, i just went around the hole making inch cuts outward every inch. Then you just fold the slits back inside the door and make your new holes for you speakers. It looks like it was meant to hold 6x9's. The entire system i have sounds pretty good. I would like to get a better quality speaker.. My alpine's are the cheaper set.

Thumbs up

If you check out crutchfield.com it will tell you the exact sizes and will also tell you other options you can go with.

Crutchfield is an excellant place to get your speakers and info. They will include all of the wiring kits brakets, mounting plates you need. I got some Polk Audio db series 5x7 speakers a couple of years ago. They are great.

P.S. they sent full instructions to remove all the panels front and rear and it took me less than 30 min to install my speakers following their directions and I even had to pull the back of my rear seat to install. You won't get those details anywhere else I know of.
