96 F150 302 new radiator/shroud fit

I upgraded (I guess) from a 1-row to a 2-row radiator. The new rad is a Spectra Premium CU1451 and bolts up just fine. Problem is the shroud doesn't.

Spacing for the bottom clips is 21 on the shroud and 17 3/8 on the rad. Spacing for the top U-nuts is 24 on the shroud and 20 on the rad.

Has anyone else put this rad on a 96 F150 302? What is the fix? Is there another Ford shroud, maybe from a Mustang or an F250 that might have hole spacing to match this rad?

The original setup is pretty slick with clips at the bottom to hold the shroud up and side to side with only 2 bolts at the top. I'd rather not drill 4 new holes through the shroud and rad flange and put bolts in.

Any ideas? Or just scrap it all and go with an electric fan?
Any suggestions are appreciated, I need to get this fixed right eventually.

You will probably need to go to a salvage yard and just start measuring shrouds to see what will fit. Some people have fabricated their own shrouds from sheet metal.

I had the same problem on my 91 Bronco. I bought a new one from carpartswholesale.com, that fits right and it was not expensive at all. Apparently the 2 row shrouds are a little more narrow and have a different clip spacing at the bottom of the radiator.
