HELLO I HAVE A 1994 F250HD 7.3L TURBO 4x4 E40D THE TRUCK HAS BEEN RUNNING AWSOME AFTER NEW IP AND INJECTORS ALL NEW FILTERS AND FLUIDS AND GP SYSTEM PLUGS AND ALL AND I HAD THE PUMP TIMED THE TRUCK RAN STRONG AND CLEAN STARTED GREAT IN 15-20 DEGREE WEATHER WITHOUT BEING PLUGGED IN MY PROBLEM STARTED TODAY THIS MORNING IT STARTED AND RAN FINE I SHUT IT OFF FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS AND IT WOULD NOT START BACK I BLED THE SHRADER VALVE ON THE FILTER HOUSING WITH NO CHANGE IT FINALLY DID START AND RAN FINE NO SMOKE AT IDLE OR AT 55-60MPH ON THE HIGHWAY SO I WENT TO TOWN AND IF IT SITS OVER 15 OR SO MINUTES IT IS A PAIN TO RESTART I ALWAYS RUN DIESEL KLEEN AND WITH NO SMOKE I DO NOT THINK IT IS AN AIR LEAK SO DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA WHERE TO START THE REPAIR ALSO I SEEMS TO IDLE A LITTLE LOWER SINCE THE PROBLEM STARTED THANKS DENNIS

It has a good stream of fuel. It only has a problem when hot. All fluids are normal. The problem started all of a sudden. The air filter is new and so is all the return lines and t's are new. thanks Dennis
Where did you get the IP and injectors........ are there any fuel leaks around the return line caps...... you did not say if you replaced the injector return lines and caps.
Return lines and caps must be replaced when injectors and IP replaced......
Check the wire to the fuel shut off selonide on the IP make sure it is tight and crimpped good. Also when it wont start make sure there is power to the fuel shut off.. no power no start
