Yes and a big YES if turned on. If you dont have them on most cops will just look the other way. I don't know what the limit is but there is a law on how high lights may be to begin with to be called offroad aswell but we all know anything called offroad is illegal on the road.

i would prolly get pulled over in illinois for the hell of it because of the way my truck looks we found all the caps to my friends spot lights mine has the two spot lights on the window pillers like cop cars do

Mine has a factory piller spot on It. I would like ta see them make me take It of. I've had It thru about 80% of the states with only being pulled over so the Officer could check out my ride. This with 1962 plates on it.
