I think he said he has a 351m and c6 sitting in his garage, drop that in and away he goes... well maybe tires to, the ones on it do hold air... for about 2 days!!
Yeah no kidding me and my dad were even thinking of taking it to fix up or even tear down the whole thing and sell it for parts kind of like a fun project get to know the ins outs of these trucks and stuff like that and also learn how to do all that stuff
Congrats 93 i think he is asking 3500 for the 79 F150 Explorer rebuilt 400 and tranny looks like he fixed the rusting wheel wells pretty nice shape unless he has changes the prices
hey whats the asking price of the 69? im moving and going to need something...and for a change i actually have money to spend... i just sold my house
i will go look at pics now...
funny we are both doing the same thing at close to the same times...i just had to get rid of all my vehicles and just sold my house...i started my 79 bronco 4x4 in the paper for $1400...then it slowly dropped until it sold finally...1400, 1100, 800, 700, 500, 200...i only dropped it to $200 when i got to the very last days...and what I took in the end $150
1 part was worth that...bumper, tranny, transfer, tires, engine, driveshafts, front diff, rear diff....each of those parts are worth $150 alone
but I am moving 2 provinces away from here...and it was sell it cheap or give it away for free...I should have started at $600 and just left it there for the whole time in hindsight....i got calls when it was in for $1400...and when it was in for $1100...and I thought that was a deal...but then the starter went and I took the heater core out to replace it and never did finish as I was moving anyways

Man for 100 I would of took it for parts for my 78. Or if it did not take much to get running I have a friend looking for a cheap truck, But he is cheap also. He does not want to spend money to repair it either. Hes worried about getting caught in an spot check inspection. Yet he wants a truck under a 1000. what doe she expect to get at that price.
