Has anybody seen or have a receiver hitch on the front of their Super Duty truck? Seems like I remember seeing one a long while back that was hid behind the front license plate.
I have seen them installed but don't have one. They are great for maneuvering a trailer in very tight quarters, also one I saw had a slide in winch setup I thought was kind of cool.
Yessir Redford, the need to maneuver a boat trailer into a tight parking spot around a big oak tree is exactly why it looks like I'm going to need one ... the rear hitch method, while absolutely great for towing just ain't working out too terribly well for this application!
Bodiak makes a hitch for the front of the newer Fords with fog lights and I have a Draw Tite on mine that doesn't have the fog lights. Have heard very good things about both hitches.

The Warn 70480 will retain the fog lamps also. Very solid install.

I've looked into this a lot. He's right, other then the tow hook models, Warn is the only one that lets your fogs stay put on the newer modle SD's. Haven't got one yet, but it's on the list...Brian
