Classic Auto Air just made a new system for 48 - 52 Ford pickups. They installed in my truck. See my pics I will post more later. Now I can drive in the summer and not melt.
The AC setup looks great. Did you already have heat or is heat included with the AC? I am in the process of fitting up heat and AC. It looks like you ran your heat and AC lines out thru the right side inner fender. I am going the same route althought my 4 X bulkhead plate is going low up forward since my 508 is on the passenger side. Did you have a second bulhead plate coming in from under the fender thru the area by the factory heat knockout and then 90 degree turns behind the kick panel? That is my planned hose route. I like the underdash setup. Much easier installation then I am going thru up behind the dash.
No problems on install. There is a second bulkhead going into kick panel with 90 deg fittings it is mounted tword the front of the kick pannel. I will post a pic later for you. This is a heat and a/c unit.
