edge evo concerns
just got the edge, installed it today, WOW what a difference, totaly woke it up!! and thats just with the edge settings!!!! tried to put tire calibration in and gave me a error code i think it was OXB1 not 100% but think that was it, theni went to update the edge on computer downloaded drivers and all, and gave me a error of saying
mode id error
may be in run mode or is currently set as a strock writer, or the memory is corupted,
did any one eer have this error, or prob , i called to see when edge open monday ut there closed due to presidents day. any advice would be great thanks!!

Had the same problem with attempting to update the edge. Called edge about 2 weeks ago and after about 1 hour on the phone the tech finally said he needed to consult with someone else on the issue who was not in the office at the time, so he took my phone number and you can guess, still waiting for the return call.

I am presently looking at Edge Products for my 2005 F350 6.0 Diesel and read this post and now I am changing my mind due to there service help! Thank you for helping me decide and I hope you guys get the problems worked out.
