cam phaser tool

anyone know where i can get the tool to release the tension on the timing chain to replace the cam phasers.

or does anyone have the updated cam phaser repair procedure that they could post. this shows how to replace the phasers without removing the front cover.

i have the procedure and have talked to some ford techs. With a timing wedge in hand, apparently they are doing each one in about 30 minuits. the tool is the key.
