Gauges shut off
Started my 1995 f150 this morning and when I turned it on it started up but the speedometer wasn't working, none of the gauges were working, stereo was out, heater wasn't blowing and it was shifting pretty rough. When I turned it off and started again everything worked fine. What do I need to be worried about?

I have had the same thing happen in a truck at work (87 F-250). It is usually when it is really cold. If I wiggle the key cylinder (after the truck is running) it usually fixes it. Must have something to do with that?
