Rear Brakes

I am repeatedly having problems with the right rear side brakes on our 2000 f.250 4x4, every year and a half or so the right side starts dragging munching through the pads and now i just went through another rotor and more pads, this will be the third time they have been replaced since new, what is going on here, the last time we had to replace the caliper and now i have to scrub all the crap off the wheel

A pinched or partly blocked brake line may hold pressure after you release the brakes. I had a Chevy truck with a similar problem. The partly blocked line would hold pressure on the caliper after it heated up. Or there could be a problem with the master cylinder or ABS system.

Run the truck for a while and get things hot. Then jack the back up and see if the brake is dragging bad. Apply the brakes while jacked up and see how long they take to release.
