Doing the pen turning? My dad has been gathering the tools to make them but hasn't set anything up yet.

Yup. I have quite a collection of pens and decided to do some of my own.
It's pretty neat.

High school has been the total extent of my wood working though I enjoyed it.

looks nice...looks like some kind of wood that would have the word cherry in it? is it?

so you guys use like a lathe or something?

I am like fomoko...my woodworking skills were limited to high school...I also loved that class.

Me and the wife talk about getting into woodworking someday...

I thought I was going to be looking at a nice 69 F100 or something though LOL
