Unhappy HELP!! cat converters!! PLEASE

Hello, I Have A 99 ford f150 4.2 V6. A couple of my Catalytic converters crapped out on me, so, i went and bought 2 magnaflow cats and a 2.5 inch flowmaster exhaust system to put on. I got to looking before i put them on and i have 2 more cats in each bend on the lower part of the exhaust manifold. 1 of them is also busted. I went to the ford dealership and they told me that it was going to be $800 to get a new one!!!! I want to know if since i already have cats further down can i cut them out and resister out the o2 sensors? any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! THANX!!

i'd just go buy a universal cat - had to put one on my camaro (gasp... not a ford) and found one at auto parts place for $10. not sure if you wanna be messing with 02 and eliminating cats (illegal). just my opinion

I already thought of that man these cats are bent down the middle at a 45 degree angle. Its not a standard cat.

If you have replaced 2 of them, you can eliminate the other two and leave the rear O2 sensors. It should be fine.
