Hub cap clips

Hub cap clips
I recently had the tires on my 93 F-250XL replaced. I had one hubcap fall off on the ride home, but I was able to retreive it. It looks like some of the metal clips that hold the cap to the wheel have rusted away. Are the clips replacable (they look like they should be) and if so, where can these be purchased. Thanks.
