The 1978/79 Bronco uses the exact same grille as the 1978/79 F100/350. The front sheet metal is also the same. In order to put a 1973/77 pickup grille in a 1978/79 Bronco, all the lamps will be different as is the lower front gravel pan, misc brackets, etc. So, you will need an entire 1973/77 grille, front bumper and the other pieces I mentioned.
