2000 Ranger
Last night I turned on my wipers and the blades went up, and stayed up. They will not move, unsure if the motor is shot, or a friend said that, a bolt is loose on one of the arms coming off of the motor. I checked the fuse and it is o'k.
Any suggestions?

Your good I just pulled out the three screws and found the entire alley full of ice. We had a pretty good ice storm here the other day. Spent the last hour with a hair dryer melting the ice.
I've owned Rangers for the past 17 years and have never encountered a probnlem like that.
