Remember do small sections where you can see progress. It helps alot trust me. It is amazing the sense of accomplishment you get by completing a specific task.

I think you should name that truck Lazarus once you get it finished.
It is certianly a long way toward the grave, but it looks like there's enough there to salvage as a good truck. Like everybody said, take it slow, and one section at a time. Devote some research and money to a rust killer/preventer to salvage what good metal you've got, rather than grinding it too thin in order to get to fresh metal. MHO
