My wipers... are stuck.
My wipers are stuck. not in ice(i dont think), but they wont move. i've tried giggling them, whacking them with a dead blow, heating them with a heat gun. nothing works. they ran up the window, but are now stuck pointing straight up. it wouldn't so bad, but it makes cleaning the window of ice a total PITA.

Do your hear the relay clicking when you turn on the wipers? if so your relay is fine, if not you might have to replace it.
Try disconnecting the relay for a minute, then re-connect it. This might help... it solved my problem once before. Also Try cleaning all the connections at the wiper motor, maybe it's a bad ground.
