Old Glory
Back in January I posted a photo of the American flag, taken in Myrtle Beach, SC. You can check it out in this URL:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...ican-flag.html
This week, while in Las Vegas, I noticed a beautiful flag at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The first photo is from a distance, so you can get a perspective how large the flag is, and the second photo is the flag close up:

Big flag, not even at the top of the mast either. Looks like nice weather there.

Thanks Eric! The weather was a lot warmer than the east coast, low 60's today, clear and sunny. The mountains, just west of Las Vegas, however, have snow on them:

Sorry guys your all wrong. EVERY state flag may be flown at full staff alongside the United States Flag.
http://www.snopes.com/history/american/texasflag.asp
And here is a link to the United States Flag Code if you want to read it in it's entirety.

Full staff yes.... but not at the same height.
ARAIK, The Texas Flag can fly at the same height as old glory
Doh me ! I should have made that apparent in the earlier reply
