My 56' F-100 and I wanted to use the 1000 post milestone to say thank you for all the help, the interesting information, entertainment, and camaraderie I have found here at FTE. I seldom get the chance to hang out in the garage with friends any more, with career and family, but when I am here I get some of that which is missing from my life, and is so much more important than people realize.
Thanks!
(I hope mentioning my 56' will keep this post here..... , you are the group where I feel most at home..)
P.S. I have been driving my 56' to work daily now for a couple of years, and I must say I have a better day at work when it starts out with a drive in an old Ford!
YEA--MAN keep driving that 56!!!I cannot wait to drive mine.We have 15'' of snow and my tractor barely started, and I plowed the parking lot.I backed out the 56 and she sounds good!!I will dream of driving mine this summer.LOVE YOUR TRUCK DUDE!!!
I think its great that you get to drive yours everyday!! I am supplied with a company truck, a 2005 F-150 extended cab that all the fuel is paid for. So since I hav a free cushy truck to drive everyday the ol 49 stays parked alot.
I'm with walford56, 15 inches of snow, and all I get done is picking up my workers and taking them home, oh with several can you come over an pull my Ford out...(not really a ford, but need to keep it tk related)... Then napa guys talk me into using copper for my gas lines.....
Congrats on the post number someday I may get there.
I did not realize but 1 am half way there with post 500!!!!
