Keyless Entry Programming
I bought a keyless entry remote on Ebay (it is the right kind, i compared the numbers on the back to my roomates bronco's keyless entry remote) but i cannot figure out how to program it. The instructions that came with it from a Ford manual say to use a jumper wire on the programming connector and then cycle the ignition 8 times, only problem is i cannot find a programming connector on my truck, I looked at my roomates (same thing 1996 Eddie Bauer 351 etc) and didnt see one there either, how do I program the dang thing? I called Texan Ford and the girl in the service department said to cycle the ignition 5times and press a button, did it.. nada.. please help!!

after digging around under the dash in the dark, i see a black modul and a gray module behind a blue plastic wrapped thing, there was a connected secured to something with nothing plugged into it, but its way up in there and i could get the cover off, could that be the programming connector?
