F250 Doesn't Like Cross Wind

F250 Doesn't Like Cross Wind
My 2000 F250 SD doesn't handle well at all in a cross wind. Thinking it was an alignment problem, I had it checked. All was well. Must be the tires. I bought new tires. Same problem. Question is, is this normal? I mean like it's almost unsafe to drive in a cross wind.
