Radio possessed ???
Has this ever happened to anybody here?? I was listening to my stereo today and i put my truck in park ,the sound went off put in drive it went back on???? Stereo stays on but sound goes off,and it keeps doing it!!!! It is raining pretty good here maybe some kind of short or something?? The truck is new only has 6,000 miles on it.All stock stereo equipment.....Anybody???

Sounds like a wiring short or something.
Can you take it to the dealer rightaway while it is still doing it?
If it is not broke when it goes in they will never find it, unless its a regular problem. But, I have not heard that one.

Try adjusting your Speed Volume to 0. I noticed my stereo is sometimes very sensitive to any truck movement if the Speed Volume is set high (5,6,7). If you have the standard single disc player the Speed Volume can be accessed by repeatedly pushing the Menu button and then adjusting up or down. Worth a try.
